Ajda Mehmet is a food stylist, recipe writer and now multi cookbook author. She creates beautiful imagery for commercial and editorial clients, both nationally and internationally. Her unique ability lies in being able to visualise a dish or a recipe and translate that in the form of a mouthwatering image that you want to eat immediately.

Her second cookbook, Salad Days, won the Delicious magazine publieksprijs for best cookbook 2021. Ajda’s first book is called Vers uit de oven.

Her images tell a story, her style is poetic and her work is a clear and visual reflection of her love for food.

Ajda lives in Amsterdam and speaks both English and Dutch. She is available for work worldwide.
